Judy's Notes
To make Spinach Artichoke Dip: Thaw a package of frozen Spinach, squeeze all the water out and add with the other ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1.0 can artichokes (chopped)
- 1.0 None red bell pepper (chopped)
- 10.0 None green onions (chopped including greens)
- 1.0 None jalapeno pepper (chopped)
- 8.0 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1.0 tsp garlic salt (or 2 cloves finely chopped)
- 1.0 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1.0 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1.0 cup mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
- 0.5 cup pitted ripe olives (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease an 8 inch baking dish or a 10 inch deep dish pie pan.
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise mix until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients stir until well combined.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
