Artichoke Dip or Spinach Artichoke Dip

Judy's Notes

To make Spinach Artichoke Dip: Thaw a package of frozen Spinach, squeeze all the water out and add with the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1.0 can artichokes (chopped)
  • 1.0 None red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 10.0 None green onions (chopped including greens)
  • 1.0 None jalapeno pepper (chopped)
  • 8.0 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1.0 tsp garlic salt (or 2 cloves finely chopped)
  • 1.0 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1.0 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1.0 cup mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
  • 0.5 cup pitted ripe olives (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease an 8 inch baking dish or a 10 inch deep dish pie pan.
  3. In a large bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise mix until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients stir until well combined.
  5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
