Name: Chicken Thigh Marinade
Ingredients: 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs; 3 T Olive Oil; 1 T Dark Brown Sugar; 1 T Balsamic Vinegar; 1 T Dijon Mustard; 1 T Soy Sauce; 1 t Lemon Pepper or a squeeze of Lemon Juice; 1 t Dried Rosemary; 1 Clove Garlic (minced)

2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
3 T Olive Oil
1 T Dark Brown Sugar
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Soy Sauce
1 t Lemon Pepper or a squeeze of Lemon Juice
1 t Dried Rosemary
1 Clove Garlic (minced)

Steps

Mix all the above ingredients (except the chicken) and pour into a plastic storage bag or a deep bowl with a lid.

Add the chicken and thoroughly coat for at least an hour. Take it out of the refrigerator and rest on the counter for about 20 minutes before baking,
