Steps

1

Toast the bread and butter both pieces.

2

Heat skillet to medium heat.

3

Cook Deli Ham until heated through.

4

Cook the bacon until heated through.

5

Put the heated Deli Ham on the toasted bread and add a slice of cheese.

6

Add a Tablespoon of butter to skillet and cook eggs on medium low heat until the white is half cooked.

7

Break the yolk and spread it around the white and then flip them over.

8

Cut the remaining cheese slices in half and put a half of slice on each egg.

9

When the egg is cooked through, place it on the sandwich and top with the bacon slices.

10

Add Mayo to the top piece of toast, (if using) place on sandwich then cut sandwich in half.

11

Alternatively, if using hard boiled eggs: Toast and butter the bread and put the cheese slice on the bread while it is still warm.

12

Heat the Deli Ham and bacon.

13

Put the heated Deli Ham on top of the toast with the cheese.

14

Slice the hardboiled egg and arrange on top of the sandwich.

15

Add bacon and apply the Mayo to the top piece of toast and place on top.

16

Cut in half.
