In a small bowl mix bread crumbs and milk together until milk is absorbed.
In a large bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients, along with the bread crumbs and milk.
Mix together and form meatballs about 1 ½-2 inches in diameter.
For oven method: Preheat oven to 400°.
Grease a baking sheet.
Place meatballs on cooking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, using a metal spatula turn them over return them to the oven and bake for an additional 8-12 minutes or until internal temp is 165°.
Remove from oven and carefully stir them into the pot of heated sauce.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
For fry method: In a heavy skillet on medium heat, add about 2 tbsp olive oil.
When oil is shimmering add the meatballs in batches.
Do not overcrowd.
Turn over once and brown the other side.
When cooked, place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb the oil.
Add to the heated sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes.
