2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, minced (minced)
0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Steps

Mix all ingredients together.

In a gallon plastic storage bag, place pork chops in a single layer.

Pour marinade over pork chops, seal bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Take out of refrigerator and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking or grilling.
