Mom used to make a similar version as a quick meal; the grandkids loved it. Tonya made it her own.
Follow directions on package for the egg noodles or Rotini, and cook till al dente (don't overcook), drain and return to pot and add butter and stir until melted.
In a heavy skillet on med-high heat brown ground beef.
When ground beef has browned, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Drain off any excess fat, add the ground beef to the noodles until well mixed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If too dry add more butter.
Taste and add additional spices if needed.
